Been a bad week in Burton for accidents...... two young lads killed in a week.
Great post - Hightime somebody did this for all the car cleaning saddos out there!!
Should be made into an article for the main site - members area of course.;)
Theres plenty of information on the net about building your own box and the dimensions you can use for your sub dependent on power, size, Q factor etc. If your good with your hands theres no reason why you couldnt make a box better than the sh*t they sell in Halfords....
The biggest Chav mobile of all is the Williams. Think about it...... tacky gold wheels and stickers stuck on a Clio 16v........... Uber-chav if you ask me.;)
I saw one last night, one of only 2 Ive ever seen. They certainly look the part. According to EVO (I know I know) it still sells more units than the Clio 182, Cooper S etc???
Ive never driven one, but apparently the ride is terrible - really crashy. I have had a few goes in the first 206 GTi...
Depends what ou want from the car. Id say Williams for pure driving pleasure. But if you want something newer, more reliable and just as capable it has to be the 306 Gti-6. I had a 2001 Dturbo (same suspension set up, inc passive rear wheel steer) and that still ranks as one of the nicest...

Everybody likes a bargain. As far as the Renaultsport models are concerned, you cant get a better equipped or faster car for the money.
So three 182s in the whole of Northampton constitues them being everywhere does it??
Never mind that though, why the f**k would would anyone want to go to Northampton?
Its called torque steer. Unless you have some kind of trick differential its pretty much un avoidable in front wheel drive cars. Different length half shafts - a differential in torque to the wheels - more to one than the other causes the car to pull to one side.

Are you being sarcastic? have you never heard of the Mysterious LAD?? Its a con!!! Its been discussed on here a thousand times. They charge you £1200 and sprinkle a bit of fairy dust on your engine. lol.
This is quite a handy little tool if you looking at changing tyres etc.

Interesting views Smokey, but the 172 variant of the F4R also makes 85% of its torque @ 2500 rpm. The 172 and 182 variants make exactly the same amount of torque, but with peak in the 182 coming slightly lower. ( 5400 rpm vs 5250rpm).
The 182 I test drove was considerably flat below 5k, but...
