its a pain in the arse to do. i could not get mine out with just dropping the subframe a little bit.. was a t**t to do. ( had to change the stock one as it craked) alos the rack is connected to the subframe so watch this as it can damage it when dropping the frame

are the after market cams (billet, shrick) etc runs on a standard time?.. if not do you need new pullys? or do the standard adjust enough to re time? like the gti's/vts
