I got my CRX fully resprayed, inside doors, inside boot, different colour to what it was, front and rear bumpers both repaired (rear had fallen down, front was cracked) all for... £550 :D
Not sayin it's the best job in the world but still looking good four years later!
Drove mine for ages with it on. It does feel a bit rough but nothing dangerous imo as long as the revs aren't sticking?
Probably why he said that is that it comes up as a red error (major) on Clip, where, iirc, they're not meant to let you out the garage without clearing the fault.
Your upstream sensor is the one before the CAT, often seem to go wrong as I've learnt from here!
Clip is the diagnostic equipment that Renault put your car through.
I probably will when my bonus comes through. It's just a) it's annoying to replace something just so a light goes out! and b) I might be taking a trip down to K-Tec soonish anyway so was just wondering...
I don't understand this phrase?
:D
So how comes people say that 60mm springs aren't low enough, when the lowest coilovers I can find for a 182 are 50mm, but they're meant to be lower?
From K-Tec...

One question for anyone that's used one...
Now my EML comes on because my downstream lambda sensor is knackered, which doesn't effect the car's performance. I reset this with Clip, and it lasts usually around 50 miles...
What a pain in the arse it is, new edition every bloody week!
Dunno why they can't just release it on DVD, CD wise last edition is about 15 CDs iirc?
Didn't know you could find a torrent of it!
I wanted these for Christmas too, but you can't order them over the phone apparently. And Renault in Southend has just moved so haven't had the chance to get them :(
Might be selling my 182 with Recaro's early next year, not had it for long but needs must unfortunately. I hope I don't stand to loose too much over just about six months or so!
Not in a major rush though, might wait until the summer... decisions decisions...
Anyone running 6956 yet? Find it has many improvements over 6801! Loving it so far, so much faster than Vista imo...
New orb looks nice, really getting used to pinning stuff, aero preview of whatever it's called is great too. Big up M$ :rasp: official beta out Jan 13th?
They're a bit old fashioned now, I had those on my CRX around 5-6yrs ago... get a pic of your car up and get someone to photoshop it, could still look good :rasp:
If you want white wheels, how about these?
I had them in silver on my 206, think they're great wheels, cheap too!
Could you explain this a bit more please mate? What end is plugged in? Is it an easy job to do? My sensor's faulty and have the EML on even though the car's running fine. Downstream like the one you've taped up...
Kinda...
swapped the sensors round and the EML is on all the time but it's purely for diagnostics so I've been told. And it seems to be true as the car's now running fine! I'll get a new sensor eventually or get the work around thing that K-Tec sell if I can find it, probably only worth doing...
