What a stunning day to clean a car- reminded me of those long summer days-
We are into Spring now- but it hasnt felt that way-
Anyway- full 2 bucket method clean, Fully Clayed, One pass with the Machine with a cut & one pass with a buff, full going over with...

Re: Wuere would you're money go???
Easy-- A PH1-
With a 2k budget & waiting around a bit for the right car I bet you could find an enthusiasts car with a bit of mild tuning on it already that drives as good as a cup- you of course still then get a reasonable interior barring the steering...

If your set on a 172 cup thats silver- I would have that-
Lots of nice mods- & with seemingly good history-
+++ its reduced which means he now needing to sell- You could secure that car for a good price-

there always on Ebay-- just check whether you want the one with cruise control buttons or not-
looking about £80-£120 for a mint one with no wear or knackered thumb grips-
if your grips are gonners then KTEC do replacements-
you can also put a 197 wheel on it but it will need a bit of work on...
Sorry fred - I dont really understand that-
Is that a 'yes' --- with a bit of fabrication....
I imagine a trumpet flange is just a join that gets bigger at one end to recieve a bigger bore-
putting 2+2 together the CAT will go on the down pipe & need a trumpet flange to join teh CAT & the...
Obviously a sports cat will fit the standard downpipe join, however will it fit the rear centre section & or have to sleeved or is it a straight join to the gasket-

I would buy that if i was after one-- just after a quick look around PH- prob secure on 5.8
20 mins with the hairdryer to get rid of those gash stripes & youve a 100% better car-

Not a good car IMH- non cup pack suspension so only silver wheels & standard susp-
No mention of belts being done in the history & 61k on the clock-
I wouldnt go near it for that price- about 1k overpriced for what your getting-
S
R-Sport cars
Price is about right for a main dealer-
glasses jan price for RETAIL is 11k for basic spec-- + an extra of £500 for the lower than ave miles, plus the recaros etcs- thats a fair deal-
Not a bargain, but then there are no bargains at a main dealer-
a fair price for the car-- dont forget Mats...
LOL
Start again-
A 182 starts out with the following
ALA seats, Climate & Zenons--- that wont change- ( unless you get a CUP)
SILVER 182 alloys-
3 options-
Cup Spoiler, Cup Splitter ( visbililty packs )
Cup Suspension ( with Anthricite Alloys)- (handling pack-)
The spec your car is...
You can pick up the spoiler & Splitter for not a lot of money if your really bothered, but it doesnt make a huge difference-
I would buy a Splitter & wait for a spoiler on Ebay- you can sell the non cup spoiler as well-
In terms of suspension, if you plan on lowering it you will need to...
Just to clarify what the differences are-
182 CUP is either BLUE OR INFERNO ORANGE-
182 Trophy is RED only-
182 standard--( has Zenons, Climate Control & alcantara seats) lowest specced -
182 FF- ( Has Zenons,Climate & the seats) + Cup Spoiler, Cup splitter , & cup suspension & alloys-...
I would buy a PH1, change the steering wheel to something a little more stylish & buy a PH2 rear bumper as i think thats the only rear poor cosmetic bit on the Ph1-
They drive awsome when run in & tuned correctly-

Interesting price from DS cars- 6.5 for a trophy on Average mileage- obviously no mention of belts-
Thats a big jump in 6-8 months when trophies were commanding a big premium upwards of 7.2/7.3k PRIVATE-
