Im waiting for my Trophy brochure to arrive, theres a CD with it with the hi res version of the Trophy video on it.
The videos on the RS site are quality.
You are as impatient as me by the sound of things. I was practicaly fitting mine on the car park!! Tomorrow the leads to allow me to use the display and stalk controls is arriving so I reckon Ill fit that at lunch. lol
Get one of those two pronged removal tools (£4 from Halfrauds), put it in the holes at the front and pull it out. Easy peasy. Did mine the other night.
Which head unit are you getting?
I swapped for one of these...
Nothing connects to the Renault autochanger except for the original head unit unfortunately. You wont need that anyway, youll just stick everything on a few CDs as MP3s.
Check http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/Link Good price on there at the moment. Better than I paid what with me being...
Basically a bloke moaning how brands like Renaultsport arent promoted properly and the cars are just stuck in the same brochure as the rest of the range. Something which is obviously wrong as we all know RS cars have separate ones also. Jeremy just corrects him and says they support the brand...
I saw that and was tempted to reply with the same response. I love it when people make fools of themselves getting things wrong. lol
Theres even a specific Trophy brochure.
I just grabbed the last copy in Tesco.
Excellent review, but then I would say that. lol

macdonalds in cannock. Classy.
Theres 3 of them. I dont use any of them. No one was using it, just passing it.
I was at home giving directions. Although we did end up in Burger King later, but that was only because we didnt have time for a Pizza before the film started. lol
Wait and see where Im going to take Loony when he comes up here.
Ooo, this looks like it will do the trick: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=3474&cadid=6d09fa490c6469ef3925a8488f051039Link
Will it?
The lad last night said they are working on a cable to allow it to use the existing display and stalk. Ill keep an eye out for that. I have a nasty habit of flicking channels/CDs a lot so miss my control.
Clart, the glide strip is a touch sensitive strip along the front instead of buttons.
I couldnt put up with having to swap CDs Iain. Im used to flicking through 6. Im well impressed, but then I know nothing about ICE. All I wanted was a headunit that played MP3s and looked subtle. Pity cheap ones dont do that.
Sounds quality is much better.
