thats off a oil cooler.. it has two feeds off the bottom... they would normally be fed into the water system.. cooling the oil..

low pressure will change to a (usable) level once there is 50% temp.. well its there from tick over so in theory u could just take it from there (thats not advised)

as soon as the key is turned u will have presure?? via the oil pump (driven by crank) the presure will change with heat. id just go for a temp sensor

u need the plate as fred said but there normally for temp.. there little point in fitting one tbh.. ur oil will prop run at 100 max on a full heat cycle. unless ur using some sort of tricked up cam's headwork etc. i had one on my tu5 never looked at it. im using a mocca 12row oil cooler...

yes.. for 250bhp it needs forced induction..circa 5k-7k. some itb,cams, poilish set ups are at 225ish
