Insurance Company usually pay only 50% book value on CAT C- bar that in mind- Low mileage Clio 182 05 Plate will probably book at around 5k give or take- So 2.5k is coming your way if it gets written off.... S

Its a tad over priced- it may actually be worth it- but most people buying a 182 these days have done their research & know that things like the belts etc are due this year, ( or early part of next for yours)- I sold my 182 last week & in literally the same week of advertising- was same...

In reality for the Private seller Prices never ever rise..... If your a dealer & have access to market Trends & CAP then yes they have crept up a little- but thats mainly on nearly new cars- 05 onwards- S
