This is how I see it.. I could be wrong. If 'roll' occurs when one side/corner of the suspension is subjected to more force then the other half, then by connecting the bottom of the rear shocks with bar, there should be less difference in the travel of the rear suspension, the load is shared...

You won't any difference in driving it tbh. I run one just because it looks rpetty and I like the idea of clean air going in and not messing up the TB
