No, the .jar is a java file. Not a .rar file. The .jar will look like a .rar, but isnt, its an installer for the software. A bit like a .exe for a pc. Just transfer the .jar file (the one linked above) to the phone and open it from the java console within the phone.

As idiotic as it sounds, check the emissions sensor, or the oxygen sensor. Check and clean them up. Should be fine after that.
