Shut up!!!! I have regular access to a 182 and have a 197. I also used to own a 172 Cup, and 182. For general refinement/build the MK3 is Miles ahead. The 182 looks dated next to my MK3, its time to move on chaps......

Yep, but if you wanted it just remapped,(most on here do with just bolt on mods) it'll just be uploaded, like an RStuner. So if your handy with the laptop, you can do it yourself and save £150 or so.... :)

I'd have the RS tuner imo. Henk can customise the map to your car, upload it, done. All updates are free iirc too!!! Pmurray wont RR the car unless you want it to, and that cost more ££££. He'll just have generic map for bolt on goddies?

As said in another thread, you should imo be able to get the halogen cornering light 'sport' clusters......(same as mine) but the multiplugs are different i believe, so maybe some cutting of the loom might be involved. The cornering lamps wont work, (disconnected mine anyway ;)) But the side/dip...

Mate, just test one :) Make sure you give it a full stretch though. They are alot more refined than the 182, you'll love the step up in build i'm sure :)

Blast from the past this thread lol!!! Not sure on the painting side, but with the halogen cornering headlamps/ or xenon units the loom is different to them. They have different multiplugs for the cornering lights....... They have the options of Xenons....... 172/182's didnt come with Brembo...
