At least its a bit different on the 182. Ive not lost a ball this time, instead they have just stopped working. It doesnt make a difference if the lights are on auto or turned on by the stalk.
I suppose Ill have to hunt for a fuse at the weekend.

If I was you I would pre warn the bank unless you often make massive purchases on your Debit Card like that.
Some banks flag that up and stop the transaction until they have spoken with you.
I know a friend of mine had his card ripped off and somene tried to purchase a car on it, the bank...
Phone and explain they are factory fitted options. If your car was written off, Renault could supply it as you purchased it. Its not modified in any way shape or form and the price you paid for the car included the options you specified.
The first person I spoke to at Tesco wanted an extra...
When I told Tesco I had the Cup pack option they said it was included in the value of the car as it was supplied by the factory that way.
They are not dealer extras, its how it left the factory, call them again and find someone who knows. Speak to the underwriters if you have to.
lol, yeah Id always pick the inferior older model just because of that too.
I cant be bothered to go into why, but Ive had a 172 and now have a 182. Before buying them both I test drove CTRs and on both occasions decided against one. Same thing happened a few years back, I chose the 306...
Mine is getting better. Ive hit 7.5k in 5 months I think, I cant remember when I got it.
My 172 didnt really losen up until near 20k.
Im getting an average of around 32mpg with my daily 40 mile round trip commute. Ive seen it as high as 42 on long motorway drives, and as low as 15.5mpg at Spa.
I drove a 182 with Cup pack last week. Same as my 182 with Cup pack only with a nasty steering wheel and seats. Other than that its virtually identical.
Even I managed 6.9 in the 182 when it had only covered 1.5k.
Sigma alarms have a keypad.
Mine was stuck up the top right hand corner of the windscreen. The other common place for them is in the glovebox.
Is it an M32/34?
This works for sure. My dad works for a very large company who I wont name. They were getting rid of a lot of the older members of staff. They thought my old man was ready to collect his pension but was in fact a year too young, so they had to find another way to get him out. He got wind of...
Hi,
You are more than welcome to come along to a Mids meet. The one at the end of this month is the return of our old area rep so should see a decent turn out.
Where are you in the Midlands?

Buying the warranty from Motorhouse 2000 wasnt the best idea to be honest. They are rarely worth the paper they are written on. I know Motorpoints are, but then Motorhouse used to be a little better. Car supermarkets...

My 172 brakes faded driving on the roads in Scotland, yet my 182 ones didnt around the F1 circuit at Spa.
I was going on what Tom said about the 182 ones being a different compound.
I keep mine for a few years. I had one bump come back to haunt me 2 years later, so at least having the docs even though I was no longer with that company helped.
That mod is carried out FOC, and there wasnt a recall for it. I had it done on both my 172 and 182 and it made no difference to either.
They will perform the mod if the problem is noticed by the owner. If its still there on the 182 then its obviously not serious enough for a recall.
Id go with it just being vapour. The 182 exhausts being as they are it is more noticable in the rear view mirror, especially with the weather as it is now.
Standard Cup wheels will take 205/45/16 Exalto PE2s. Well worth it. I had F1s on the 172 and thought things didnt get much better, but they do.
Id put them on the 172 as well, in fact Id put them on anything Im so impressed.
Rainsports suffer from flexing sidewalls, something youll notice...
Cut that out youll scare him off. Plus Im hunting for some commission.;)
Neil, if a standard Mk2 can run high to mid 14s, then the superior Mk1 can make mid 14s with a decent driver. After all, its practically the same as the Cup. LOL
Hi,
A good Mk1 will run mid 14s quarter mile.
Quite a few people replace the door rub strips with the ones of the Mk2 172.

That also has the Double rear spoiler and Mk2 rear lights. In fact, that car is currently for sale...
