Get a basin in under the car to get the dribbling from the hoses and catch
whatever comes out of the coolant tank with a 2litre coke bottle (cut in half) or something like that.
Some of the hoses can be a bit awkward to get off/out so have fun! lol
You're going to leave it a week to ring them? WHY? :S
I'm not starting anything but there's no point sitting on the internet crying about delays then contradicting yourself by leaving it another week - that's what keyboard bandits are for mate ;)
Jacked up today and spun the wheels, which were alright but it seemed like the pads were sticking on one area of the disc :S
The wheel was seated ok and the bolts were all fine.
Took the spacers off, and went for a run - the car's grand :S
Lost for ideas now TBH
I just fitted spacers to my 172 this weekend - I wouldn't lower it any further afterwards I can vouch for that. (I'm on Sportlines)
Had a slight hitch with them so they're off again for now :(
Quite a few people on the Matched Inlet group-buy with Jamsport got slightly higher mpg afterwards :)
If you are getting a juddering when flooring it in 1st & 2nd it might be drive shafts or engine/gearbox mounts needing replaced
Just fitted 20mm hubcentric "system B" spacers to the front of my 172 :)
They look great and everything was going well - I thought - until I went to drive home
There's a loud banging noise when you are driving, gets louder when you slow down & brake.
Stopped a few times on the way...
