Nice find that, nice progress too.
The steel wheels painted gold are valver spare wheels, you don't need to get them from abroad. I'm not too sure if they are ideal track wheels tbh (from memory they weigh a fair bit)
Yeah the blokes plate is V6 NSW, iirc he said it was a V6 trophy race car engine in it with some work (I can't remember about the s/c) It did a 60 sprint in 4.5 secs. Very knowledgeable bloke tbh :approve:
Seeing as my cars in it, I may have to look at the mag in the WhSmiths library:D
Thanks for the that Fred, Ali's says they are the same so that's cool.
Next question, how do I get the rear bumper off ?
What will I need when I come to re fit the back back box ? (I don't want it to blow etc)
Thanks.
I've heard that they are the same, but I need to confirm it 100% really.
Mine was looking a bit tired so I had it painted in high temp paint, that was a while ago. A lot of it has chipped off now, so i'm looking at getting another back box & either polishing it up or painting it up myself...
Very good turn out, how many Trophy's were there ? (i'm not counting them up)
The AG 200 looks nothing like AG tbh, it looks really pale (I guess it's the camera, or my screen)
Re: South East Multi Location Photo Shoot 28th October
I can probs still make it, but i'm not overly fussed about getting pics of the car.
So to be fair to anyone interested in going, if they want to nick my place, that's ok.
An S2000 is about group 20 (I think) Tbh though i'd not worry about the group, try a price on one you maybe surprised ! Not all gropu 20 cars cost a load to insure.
A mk1 FRS is group 16E. I still like them a lot (and they are rare) out of the lot they still hold their value, even today.
That looks pretty smart actually :) I'm liking the polishing too.
If you haven't got a new spark plug cover, Renault probably still sell them (cheap too)
I'd sack the 6x9's off tbh as they will only be drowned out by the sub. Most folk only run 6x9's if they want a bit of bass, but no sub.
So basically i'd keep the sub & get rid of the 6X9's.
