Most people say any lower than 35mm, then yes.. you should get new dampers. Standard ones my bottom out. Standard ones are ok for 35mm, but they will wear out quicker. Its always best to get new, uprated shocks if you can!

Its a bit of a job I think - Ive never done it. The speedo wobbles, but it dont wobble enough for me to want to change it.. heh.

In the wet, I have trouble getting the power down in my 1.2 in 1st and 2nd gear..

I wouldnt try bending fibreglass, itll just crack. If you take your current bumper off, it should go into place.. my bodykit looked massive.. but it fitted just fine. (Well, with a bit of help.. heh) I have a Mk1 Phase3 too..

I paid £160 for my spoiler to be sprayed and fitted... and that was the cheapest quote from bodyshops by about £40! The lad I get all my bodywork done by now, says a spoiler to be sprayed and fitted would be about £80 including paint (2K paint, tho..) Id rather pay someone to do it.. mainly...
