Sounds like stress in the system if its moving with the heat tbh. My Milltek was the same. Thats more to do with the design imo......... Also the resonance is to do with the harmoics of the engine/manifold, not the plastic in the boot floor. Even the standard systems resonate to a large degree...

Yep. On my old cup, there was a dent above the Cup 172 badge on the door pillar.. Steve who bought my car had it removed by a dent chappy. Can't even see it now :)

Coilovers make such a visual difference. Thats the first mod i've done to my 197.

Its ok once and a while, i do it on my mums Fiesta and they are still fine!!! When you've done it, give them a good polish and seal :)

DO AG the lazy way. Squirt it along the car, wait ten mins, and watch the tar melt off. Just make sure you do it in a cool place, as you dont want it drying on. Then i'd re wash the car and SRP

H&R Coilovers first. They transform the looks and handling. I drove round on mine for months standard bar the coilovers.

Yep, tyres are dirt cheap. Around £120 a wheel iirc
