best thing to do is use a damp cloth to remove the excess dirt, dry with another towel. (ones your not bothered about getting dirty). Then use Autoglym bumper care for the plastic bits.

coming on good mate. How come you're only spraying the rear for the moment? Try vinegar on the calipers if you want to clean any more crap off them ;)
I have been reading a few past threads on coilovers compared to springs and dampers. I'm just trying to work out where the cost is though. From what i have read, coilovers have better dampers, adjust the ride height and camber. Is this everything?

will do, thanks. The next question would be, do i need to change both, or should i just do the one that appears dodgy, and do i go for OEM ones? Are there any others on the market that are worth a look?
