Gutted for you mate. Never seen such a bad keying. you going to do it on insurance as that will cost a fare bit. You pretty much having a full respray?
why would it. Insurance companies are not going to go through the full history of the car. If it has been owned before you would be fine. Why pay more money when you dont have to. They never pay out anyway. Insurance = Scam. Too many loop holes.
I left my OEM ones on when i did Bedford. The pads haven't been the same since, but they coped ok i thought. Will change them before i do my next one, but they are fine for normal day to day use still (7 months on)
1 tank for defo. You should be getting around 350miles before the petrol light comes on. Easy with the right foot on acceleration, but stick cruise at 70 and you'll be fine. If you fill up round preston your looking at around £40 quid depending how empty it is.
He is asking about two cars that are in totally different categories. Plus he is saying that he's going to be doing 350mile per week. Neither of these cars will get 350mile out of a tank. Surely they are open to other suggestions?
Personally for the mileage your going to be doing you will pay out quite alot on petrol. why not go for the megane sport 175 diesel. quick, easily tunes and good mpg. Scratch that, get a 182, best of both worlds.
As said really, would be quicker and cheaper to just give them a sponge. Probably look cleaner. They are ok for engine bays where there can be quite stubborn dirt. Still not a massive fan of them though.
didn't think it was normal. its not all the time which suggests something isn't right. Boot? I've been getting wierd noises from my brakes also. pads and discs still have stuff on them.
i'm having similar problems with mine. Even when heat is in them. Is it normal to be able to push the brake pedal right to the floor? There is still plenty on the pads/discs
