I've owned ever iteration bar the 172 cup. My advice would be to get a late 172, then decent suspension (KW/H&R). You'll have a better car than a 182 for cheaper. The 172 has IMO a nicer colour range as well.

Spent the entire last hour on track provoking the car, seeing how it would skid etc. The flick just unsettles the rear. Had an epic spin coming out of the last corner.
Never done any RS days fella, doubt I will, they always look very busy. Doubt I'll rush to do Bedford again, bit bored of the place (must of done about ten days there).
Anyone thinking of coilovers should really at least have a ride in a car equipped with the options you're thinking of before buying. Listening to the fanboys won't necessarily get you the suspension you want. I'd try and get some experience of AST, H&R, Bilstein, KW before buying.
The camera perspective and the wide angle lens makes the focus look quicker than it was. It pulled away on the straights, but it didn't dissapear in the way I thought it would.
