A decat will make more difference than a cat back exhaust. I ran mine on the stock system, makes a good difference. Stock exhaust maybe made from kitkat wrappers, but its efficient ;) No aftermarket exhaust i've seen for the reanultsport clio gives good gains.
ooooh looks like mine! You do realise you will NEED to buy a PC now.;) Given mine a good going over today.... needs a final polish and seal tomorrow weather permitting. Look awesome when clean :) I'll ge some pics up.
I've been using these today on a blackgold 182

Its come up beautifully:)
Highly recommend cleanyourcar too! Great service :)
Had a re-adjust of mine today..... i noticed sice we lowered it on the H&R's last week its settled pretty level. I've tweeked up the rear (:o ooo er!), so it rakes down to the front. It helps turn in/balance of the car aparentley (sp)
The standard cup set up is very good. I've just changed my 182 over last week. Less roll with the H&R's, a tad firmer, but not a great deal.... and set it to any height you want. Job done. :)
Spring rates are too hard. I've read various reports from different sources and drawn up my own conclusions ;) A few guys knocking them up in a shed (that went bust, doesnt that tell you something?)will not have the vast R&D knowledge that for instance, Ebaich/ Bilstien will have access to :)
Never..... but have read, seen pics of their 'quality' work...... The rear on H&R's are perfect for road mind. The rear on the ledas are too hard by all accounts. You read PGTI according to your other post ;)
