I've had the cobras, and was never 100% happy. Quality is poor imo, and the sliding subframes are laughable tbh. 5 weeks will DRAG but something to look forward too!!! Where you sourced them from?
I have the trophy trendlines, but i must say for a fixed bucket they are awsome :approve:
Its people not shutting the bonnet properly, and the saftey catch not engaging, thus maybe resulting in it flying up. The bonnet catch is fine, just drop the bonnet a foot or so above the slam panel and you'll never have a problem.
N/A cars like our need back pressure. Alot of these custom places who make these 'straight through performance exhausts' just sling them together with no thought. Thats why alot of them perform worse than the standard system. Yes its made from kitkat wrappers but at least its designed to the engine.
sucks up less warm engine air etc, you also lose torque with an open cone filter. Its probably as you cant hear it, therfore tricking you into thinking its slower.
Ebaich are black, some makes are red and some yellow, so that above post is wrong. Edde is right, the clio tends to sit lower at the front in standard form.
Must be something in the way the trophy sits, for renault to adjust its stance to the above though?
mine sits like this, (old pic mind) I tried to keep the natural rake towards the front
Its arse its not its best feature...... usually, but this gets a BIG thumbs up from me. :) Looks alot better with the 'cup' style spoiler, much better than the cup racer version
Wish people would stop posting pics of modded 197's, i REALLY like them :(
