If the seats have to come completely out, you'll need to disconnect the airbag cable, the red bit on the connector comes out first, then squeeze the connector to pull it apart. Don't forget to disconnect the battery -ve terminal first, for at least 15mins.
2 bolts by the sill, under the rubber bungs. 2 bolts next to the exhaust, helps if you have a long reach wrench, those 2 can be a ball ache. Have some wd40 ready just in case.
If there's a problem with the rear dampers, don't let it put you off, cheap to replace. It's the front one's you have to be wary of. Great great cars, best car I've owned, and the best standard road car I've ever driven.
