Fair enough, but speed in one discipline doesn't always equal speed in another. Despite several tries, Senna never won the world karting championship, and many drivers that have been great in lower formula's haven't been able to bring that pace into F1 (Jan Magnussen!).

I'd try PE2's. Always had F1's on my prev clio's (16's), got them on my 15's, but they feel to soft in the sidewall on 15's.

Sounds a fair bit angrier with a stripped rear as well.

I've got stock and magnesium F1's, hardly any weight difference. Think they are used more for strength than weight.

TBH, with your experience you shouldn't need too much tuition. Long term, for a road/track car I'd want: Brakes (pads/discs/lines), seats (reclining buckets), coilovers, spare set of wheels/tyres, CG lock.
