yeah i love the compomotive MO, had them fitted to a nova (back in the day) and my punto turbo, very very strong, i had mine in white. Bit on the heavy side though
just shows how much (imo) renault sport tried to make it stand out with the wider arches front and back. The 172/182's only had wider front arches, and just look how tame it looks next to it. I also think the xenons help with a more aggresive look. Think the 197 in the pic has been lowered, but...
never really heard of gearbox problems, that seemed to be the old valvers and williams problem. Has my cup over two years, and love it!!! Never let me down. Interior on the phase 2 has a soft touch dash, no fiesta has that ;)
ah but its one thing replacing them, but have you actually adjusted the mount in my previous post?
there is a good 1.5 inch movement each way in it...... ;)
all that needs adjusting is the drivers engine mount, mine had slipped in recent weeks, all fine now. Shuch an easy fix, undo the 4 bolts, pull engine and mount towards the car as much as poss, then retighten.... job done.
they do, go on the cobra website, the options for the fabric are 'rock', the bolsters on your pics have this fabric type.
granted the subframes are lower, and if you take out the 4 ten mm spacers off each slide mechanism they can be made lower still ;)
