There are a few types of valver sheering wheel, two don't have an air bag , one does. The one with the airbag looks very crap (imo) the other two look nice. If you don't want one with an airbag, go for a phase 2 one, the three spoke item.

I went to get it re-gassed the other week, the dude said it was full though. He said that the pump wasn't working, so i'll have a proper look. I think it may have a leak though.
On a mk1 it's on the silver plate on the slam panel (when you open the bonnet, it's on the panel running above the headlights. It should be on the last line, it's usually three numbers, like 449 etc (it's not 449 as that's sports blue)
My old computer was really screwed, the dic degfragment took 1.5 DAYS !!! I never bothered to do anything with it, kept on top of it after that though.

For sure. I keep forgetting to put them in the car. If I don't put them in it there's no way i'll remember to bring them along:o
Look at the rubber on them if they are split (usually at the at the end) they need changing.
They are easy to change, just lift the wiper arm up & push them down the wiper arm, then wiggle them off.
