Just Bought my 182

just wondering if anyone can help me,ive had my 182 for a couple of weeks n just wondering wots the best OIL,SPARK PLUGS etc to use.

If you do a search there is masses of different topics on this

oil - 5-40 FS
plugs NGKs only
