Yeah, I had those speakers in behind the standard renault plastic grills until December. Just got them moulded & retrimed to put the Focal grills on & gave them a better appearance :)

If you have the rear speakers upgraded then you won't need the parcel shelf done (guessing those awful 6x9s were in the pipeline) I know some clios with over £3k worth of ICE installed and still have the standard rear speakers & parcel shelf ;)

Totaly agree there A few people on here have actualy found that when they upgraded their speakers first, but the standard HU wasn't powerful enough to produce the sound quality, therefore causing distortion and "clipping". My first mod on my car from new was a JVC HU (bad idea) The sounds were...

I used AG engine/machine cleaner then Mer Windscreen cleaner Came up well :)

They are very good subs mate They would be at the same level of quality as MTX subs One of the cars is built with Diamond gear in the competing team mine is part of ;)

You can get Alpine or Pioneer for decent prices - definetly worth a few extra quid than Fli Kenwood JVC Sony Fusion Panasonic
