Just wondering really, in relation to this thread
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=305083
I agree that the car does seem to be advertised for a fair bit over what most (and me) would pay.
I read a lot on here about - " I only paid x amount for my mint 172/182 etc"
Or...
Why ?
It's because they are still wanted & sought after, so people will pay the money for them. As for not being special, i'm not sure where that comment comes from tbh :S
It's a bit like the majority of hot hatches of the 90's tbh. Look at the price of escort & fiesta rs turbo's & 205 gti's...
As mentioned alomst anything you could ever need to know is on here, plus a few members (edde especially) know pretty much everything there is to know:cool: and what they don't know isn't worth knowing !
With regard to the empty threads etc, it's likely that the question has been covered...
"Finished in Black Ambla (simulated leather) and Black Dinamica (simulated suede) covering."
I always thought that they were genuine leather & suede :S

I know that the numbers are irrelevant with them (older uk cars with higher numbers than some later registered cars etc)
This dude has 0001 :)
Pricey though imo.
I remember when I sold an old one on there with a split in it, I mentioned in the ad it had a small split (I bought a new one as i'm a perfectionist:) ) I got the price of a new one for it:cool:
German sweedish & french are a parts supplier, the same as euro car parts are.
It'll probably be made by the same company as the renault one, but it won't come in a renault box. Only way to see if it's the same maker is to look at one from them & one from renault.
Exactly, plus you bought Newm's car, which is regarded as one of the mintest out there !
Both cars look great:approve: The plate on the vee is a great finishing touch !
I'd go with getting a refurbished one too, places other than renault do it.
Your local yellow pages will list a few places who sell them (you don't mention where you are though)
