Why on earth did they do that to that Fiat coupe :dapprove:

The brakes on my old Fiat coupe 20vt used to squeal when coming to a stop at low speeds, they're Brembo's though. It was common on that car for them to do it (everyones does it) No one ever found a cure for it, even if people fitted anti-rattle shims, the noise would come back shortly after.

You'd have though that he might have looked after it :dapprove:

I thought it looked quite cool when I saw it in that mag. Seeing it just now though I think it looks utterly crap. What's with the roof ?? If it was an old vw beetle they'd done it to instead, that would work & i'd like that. I can however appreciate the workmanship that has gone into it.

Get it colour coded, they look shite left un colour coded.

Some on here are a lot younger than I thought they would be. Most have great cars for their ages - if they're all your own work (bought for with money earned) fair play :) - I work to buy all of my cars, although I need a massive payrise judging by some of the cars !

Easy really, look at them both. If your tyres are near to the wear markings, or badly worn on one side you need tyres. If you look at your brake pads & there's not much left you need to new pads.

Not a fan of the wheels tbh. As they're black they look smaller than they actually are. Have you only just fitted the springs ?? As it looks high to me.

Yup me too. Only if the paintwork was proper cack & the car was battered would I consider a re spray. As it looks nice i'd leave it :)

What a rip off side repeaters are from K tec !! I can recommend here I got R-304 with silver bulbs, they look the shizz.

If the tyres are still budget you'll still have the same problem.

Don't put M3 mirrors (or M3 style mirrors on it !) They look seriously sh*t on any car other than an actual M3. They've been done to death on almost every car that's not a bm now, they are utter chav imo. Keep the standard ones, just get them colour coded (if they aren't already) Don't go for...

With regards the removing the front bumper, or not - there was a thread on it the other day, it should still be on this page, of not the next one. Quite a few on here have retro fitted them, as you say they look 100% better. Places like gsf car parts (german sweedish & french) or euro car...

Just tell her that non colour coded ones look crap (and poverty spec lol) job done :)
