lol - park under the trees and I get sap all over the car so take advantage of the empty car park over the weekend - plus I can keep an eye on it - some pikey tried breaking into a poxy old VM polo outside work overnight last night!
when you dont have any problems! been back about 8 times now - various problems from tail pipe moving to welds cracking - had second cracked weld fixed yesterday and now have a really bad vibration through the car at 2000-3000 revs - going back again later!
thanks Maz - hadnt realised it was full!
cheers for the pictures Gareth - think I agree though - with 17's and a 60mm drop its gonna be harsh - 35 mm it is - my mate works for spax so get them half price so only gonna cost about £45
looks mint - and love those wheels - but if its a bit too harsh I think I best go for the 35mm versions - its my girlfriends car and she wont like it if its really bad. Plus it would be as low as mine and that would mean we could never park in a multi storey car park!
Any one got the 35mm...
As Title - If you have any pictures they would be appreciated - also if any one has any pictures shwoing side profile of any non 172/182 MK 2 clios with lowering springs fitted please post them - also please state what make & model springs - need to decide whats best to get with 17 inch wheels
yeah thats my other option - I like having the original stickers there though and paying £70 for it to be painted silver in the first place would be a bit of a waste if i get it done again
I was told it may be something to do woth the ABS sensors or I know it could be to do with the brake light switch - as you said just hoping their laptops will tell them whats up
decatting a mk2 usually means your emmisions light comes on but Charlie at Prospeed has worked out how to stop it coming on - gadlys off here had one about a month ago and has driven a few thousand miles since and no light has come on so I booked mine in and so far have driven about 200 miles...
yeah - saw maz's engine bay and thought mine would look good in blue. having a strut brace re pouder coated at the mo in silver as well.
Got the SERV and traction control lights coming on at the moment all the time so going into Renault on wednesday. Had a decat this week as well so sounds...
not loads - engine cover was about £70 painted, strut top covers approx £20, bailey tank £115, bettery cover £15, air filter was £200 approx, polishing £60 plus approx £20 for sand paper etc. blue pipes £20,
