depend what mods you have done - I would expect mine to be worth as much if not a little bit more than a standard 172. Plus my insurance was as cheap with Adrian Flux with loads of mods as it was standard with most companies

200bhp aint that bad - air filter,chip,inlet manifold match,exhaust,decat,cams and maybe a 182 manifold and should be well over 200, throttle bodies or turbo would obviously go even more.
