Couple of things. Sounds like rs tuning didn't actually do a power run unless I've read it wrong, and a bigger tb on a Clio adds zero power.
Only ever heard good things of rs tuning .
Good luck with the build
I'm guessing the rear springs may well settle a bit? Either way I'm delighted with them.
Got in touch with a pdr guy today for my dad as his car has a nasty door ding thanks to some arsehole in a car park so I'm going to get him to sort a few little dings on the cup as well which are annoying...
Bilsteins were fitted by rentec in Edinburgh yesterday along with camber bolts and fully aligned and set up for fast road use . The handling is now fantastic, I was giggling like a child when I took it out for a blast last night as I threw it round corners and roundabouts, so happy with them...
Reconnected battery this morning, hazards start flashing. Got in the car tried hazard button and they stopped. Got to love French electrics. Garage are going to order me a new one anyway.
Washed the cup this morning, driving along then the hazards came on, won't turn off. Car behind me wasn't very happy. I've disconnected the battery whilst it's parked on the drive. When I connected it back they started flashing again. Any ideas ?
Unfortunately the person who bought it from me wrote it off by putting it in a ditch when out on a drive and trying to keep up with a Clio v6. There were pictures on a thread in williamsclio forum. Shame. The car was proper immaculate. Had been wax oiled by the original owner and dry stored...
I'm getting my b14s fitted next week and will showing the garage @MrBlonde pictures of his as a guide to how I want mine setup. Also I was thinking of getting pms top mounts fitted at the same time. Seems like an ideal time to do it. Is it worth getting the pms brace as well?
Was just thinking that we need to get them together for some pics, maybe convoy up to knockhill? I had a whiteline arb on my old ph1 and it made a massive difference, great mod for the money.
We are £1000 cup buddies. I had my wheels done at pentland powdercoating they did a cracking job mine were crusty as f**k. Very similar spec to mine as well. I'm tempted to go for b14s or similar to get it a bit lower, mines on eibachs sportlines, but it handles so well I don't want to ruin...
