Its had engine mount, shockers, top mounts, dogbone mount and ive got the gearbox top and bottom mount for when i do the clutch. Maybe its the arm bushes

On my previous 172 i bent the subframe, so obv had to get the old one off but each and every captive nut just spun. In the end i had to cut a hole to get a spanner in, trust me i tried every way!! No my current 172 needs a clutch, but with 90k on it these captive nuts arent gonna do their job...
