yeah, the extra caster in my case will give me the proper angle I need. the shell is the only thing I can think it is. if it comes to it , I might have to spanner the front off and jig the front back somewhere. neither chasis leg is showing signs of bending

Timing belt on these are a peice of piss! Lock the crank, line up pump with bolt and lock camshaft. Done. Hanes manual for these in halfrauds

Top mount knock! Common issue fixed with thick washers. either that or your top mount bearing assembly is a tad past its life time

You might have to unbolt the mech from the boot and see free up the button with some wd40 . It's either that or the internal mech has jammed on the button
