yupp, my sills are plastered in schutz gaurd lol. looks OEM finish and isnt a pain in the arse to paint over. bit of a scuff up with some sandpaper and primer will stick

My 80 was mapped until the engine gave up. Having said that remapped dci's go really well. 130hp is about the max you'll get out of your 100. speak to rs tuning or mike @MWM/stone

Also to add, it's quiet (sp ) a big gain over the standard dci lump as naff all way of taking them past 130bhp mark. where as I'm fitting the pd lump, allows vast tuning abilities

Because as everyone else that build one offs on here , without tryin to sound like a dick! my choice, my desision, I have the two cars to make the one off so whynot :) at the end of the day, it's a learning curve, f**k ups will be made but also being a fun project for me.

Same engine mate, VAG 1.9/2.0tdi pd lump is fitted in those , golfs/bora's skoda fabia VRS ect.

One reason, 1.9 Renault diesel lumps are crap, even more crap with the crappy fuel system they use. I will make a pd lump fit and work. Looked into all this renault bigger engines and non really tick the box, meggy 1.9s suffer from stuck piston rings and crappy Delphi fuel systems, 2.0-2.2...
