You might not have a problem, put the car in neutral, undo the linkage bolt sleeve pinch bolt underneeth. Adjust it which ever way you need to. ( selector rod ) Redo the bolt up , not to tight or you crush the rod. And see if you have all gears.
really want to build my kangoo T5, i just havent the time or desided wether to make it rear engined or front with rear wheel drive :(
that looks a riot tho
I see, so if we are saying it like that, will it be more efficiant to run smaller pipes or basicly naff all difference from normal sized and small sized internal diametre pipes?
Well if you think of it this way , putting silly small sized pipes on will caulse to much pressure.
Which in turn would blow out of the weak points
But only a muppet would get that wrong.
sorry :o
back on subject, thats almost the size cooler my dci runs, havent seen any lag difference bettween the small sized dci cooler to the aftermarket one
has he even got space in the mk3 bay to do the bucket mod?
last time i had a look at a mates mk3 bay, its was full of usless plastic s**t taking up space
ay! take that comment and change it abit. i aint complaining about my small engined dci. 1.5 isnt massivly big lol :o

iv had a look at those tce engines, your definatly going to need better injectors and a pump to even see any reall gains from the turbo swaps.
to say like you said, 100bhp is almost the max hp the standard tce injectors can handle. maybe more at a push, but think of it this way, its going to...
mine did this, was one of two things, the sunroof leaked and the drain pipe was clogged.
my drivers door had to be re'aligned so the to had sealed properly.
not had wet carpets or headlining since
keep going at it adjusting it. if your lucky there might be a slight mark of its orginal location. if you find that it will make it easier. if it isnt there, you'll have to play around with the selector rod for a while until you get the correct gears.
lower dogbone mount also can caulse...
lol, no i havent a chav valve on mine :o
internal waste gates on a dci are only there to vent off excess pressure at a certain rpm or boost limit ( chip correct me if im wrong )
BOV/ dump valves are for venting off left over boost after spool down hence the pissshh noise when throttle off...
right , let me put it in this respective, what do they produce standard and un- remapped? 100bhp +/-
a remapped one say will get you another 15-20 bhp out of the standard configuration.
breather mods.. better airfilter set up or turbo intercooler, theres abit more power.
but adding a...
as above, if you did undo that 13mm nut/ bolt on the selector rod, you've put your gear stick out of align, which is now going to be a b**ch to sort as you cant put it back in nuetral lol. only way to do it is slack the nut and bolt off, push the gear stick into first ( pressuming thats the...
