well, without sounding a complete dick, find out why its emptied itself first and before putting more coolant in, find out what its allreadt got in it or your in for sludgy mess.
i would find the leak, get some coolant flush and run it through, empty that and fill with fresh renault type D...
its a very small area so i would think, pull the dent out, filler and paint. new rear light and repair the scuff on bumper edge. done.
easy repair that

Truck wash. ( cnt remember the manufacture tho ) ment to be diluted 50/1 for medium and 90/1 for weak. Iv used it out of the bottle , scrubbed the fucker into the back of my wheels and lets it dwell. Pressure washed off and done.
Could always try steam cleaning along with a wheel cleaner...
i have all my ' non factory spec ' renault parts declared. altho it does effect my premium, as they said its renault parts but a note is take as to whats different on my car. only thing that knocked it up was team dynamiq alloys and lowering springs. this is all with admiral multicar
Thread title is confusing...
On topic, have you check all the air net feeds behind the dash from underneath haven't come lose, ie dropping pressure when supply two lots of stuff. May explain why when you put it on feet only it works due to lack of pressure drop
Only other thing I can think is...
Ah , fair play. It seems easy enough, until the 40degree angle bit lol. No way trying to ballance a bumper at that angle.
Dash binicals will be the best bit to do at home, kitchen sink FTW! :D
Yes indeed, well it's your choice for glossy or not, they do a satin clear finish aswell.
2pac clear 3-4 coats will give it reall depth and no worries if you lightly scratch It, enough top layers to compound back without the worry of damaging the transfered image.
Whats your aims, to do it...
