From memory mine has all the regular non sport stuff and then Renault Sport stuff included separately.

Bit of copper or aluminium between the spline and the vice jaws would protect it if you're worried.

Ideally need a tyre probe that you can stick in the tyre. Surface temps from IR guns won't really tell you much. Probes aren't cheap though, i use the Longacre one.
