    Hankook V12 Evos

Not a happy ducky! Just had a long conversation with Black Circles who have now decided they cannot supply the Hankook V12 Evos and so offered me Hankook Optimos, Falkens or Avons instead.... Told them where to go and had a refund instead. Really unimpressed tbh, they guy basically admitted...

    Hankook V12 Evos

camskill were about £60 a corner iirc, problem then for me is getting them fitted as most places round me either wont fit tires you supply, or want £20 a corner for doing it, so not worth the hassle.

    Continental Sport Contact 2

the profile is relative to the width, not a fixed rate, think this is were he is getting confused. So a 195/50 has a much smaller sidewall then a 300/50

side splitters look cheap and nasty when seen up close, they do not fit properly at all and are just a bucket for sediments off the road. Front splitter is ok, but not for me.

s/h = second hand so its a used car warranty, I would check the warranty documents carefully as used car warranties dont cover much!

    Clio 197...

is that a private plate then? Warranty is only 3 years so if it is an 07 then its out of warranty. Unless you mean a s/h car warranty, in which case they may not cover the calipers.

Single throttle body v. Individual throttle bodies

Right ok, so having the throttle butterfly(s) nearer the valve means that when the butterfly opens you get the air into the engine quicker? Presumably because you havent got to suck the air through the air box as well as the runners? This would result in the improvements over a single body...

Single throttle body v. Individual throttle bodies

You have two set ups, both same length runners, same size airbox etc Setup one was ITBs with an airbox, for example the burpspeed car Setup two was something like the JMS intake manifold, which has throttle body on the inlet side of the airbox, rather than on the runners Would there be a...

    TDF remap yesterday

:( What mileage is yours on?? I want 190+ bhp! Think I'm going to go back to standard exhaust, get some proper fuel in it and have it run again in the new year!

    Engine Dynamics Cams

If 428s are standard exhaust cam why is the exhaust cam replaced? Surely you'd just buy inlet cam and pocket the money the identical exhaust cam costs??

Tour De Force Rolling Road Day Results

Roy - People asked, and people got ;) Though have to agree with your point of view, and tbh only reason i ran my Clio is because the BMW wasn't taxed and it would have been rude not to with PFC attending! Christopher - It is now with the extra 7bhp Matt got out of it gratis ;)

Tour De Force Rolling Road Day Results

Actis 7301 is the Cold running fix which mine rolled out the factory with. Though that is only to do with changing how the car decides which map to use, not change the maps themselves

197 is low Mileage (sub 20k) and was running 95ron. Other than that nothing wrong with it. Only standard 197s that make much more are on optimistic rollers imo
