I know WHAT an intercooler is Maynard, I wondered what structural differences there were if any.
Quality is quality no matter where it's for. Fact of the matter is, speakers that are ACTUALLY good are only a little bit more than the rather poor alternative you suggested.
What are the actual differences between an intercooler and a radiator?
Yes I know they do completely different jobs etc, but what are the structural and design differences? Could one be used to do the job of other if installed correctly?

All depends on what they find to be wrong. Shocks should be done in pairs as should springs, but just because you are doing shocks or springs doesnt mean you need the other doing, if that makes sense?
Initially I would just get a diagnosis as to whats wrong, shouldnt be more than £30.
you should see atleast 9meg if connected direct to the router, if not they will normally investigate it as a fault as you arent recieving 90% of the quoted speed.
I'd query the 5er charge then, may have a few 5ers due back, lol.
Tesco do 'value' insurance which is very basic but at least covers him. TBH without spending a day calling everyone direct he wont find a good price at that age.
I pay virgin £35 a month for 10meg broadband (which is what you should be on as they dont do 8meg anymore) M+ TV, which is now just called M again I think, Line rental, and free weekend calls to landlines.
