cutting out the silencer will make a reasonable difference, but you might as well replace for the cost of doing it. Not aware of anyone doing exhausts for the mk3 none sports yet. Would suggest contacting your local powerflow franchinse - http://www.powerflowexhausts.co.uk/ theres also...

personally would either put 15's or 16's on. anything bigger looks too big on the 1*2s

oh yours is a 1.2, not sure its the same. I know the 1.4, 1.6, 2.0 and 197 all have the same airbox

would go back to sounding OEM rather than the induction noise you get now. EDIT: Put standard airbox in with standard filter but run it with the cap off for a middle ground.

i think people are more picking up on the fact the tail pipes are too close together and dont fit the holes in the bumpers

tbh the 'shops you want would be difficult enough if you had provided high res images. Dont think many people will do these for you, especially as that sounds like a lot of black clios on here, lol.

Would you not be better swapping to the 1.6 16v instead? or do you particularly want to stay with the 'original' engine?

eek!! How hard are you driving it?? Thats like 225 miles a tank? Should be getting at least 300 if not 350. Remap should help, but I would look at your driving, or if its not that, get it into a dealer. Whats your MPG reading saying?

So hows the box mated to the BE? some kind of Adaptor plate??

. is that your 5? If so it runs a 172 BE doesnt it? 5 speed box doesnt bolt staight to the Meg bottom end. Dont know if it can be made to fit though?
