There pretty difficult to remove mate, you pop the old ones off and they snap. I could probably manage the jet clip, but the deadening clips are a nightmare
Hi, does anybody know the part number of the black clips that hold the sound deadening on the bonnet and also the clip that holds the jet spray lines to the bonnet?
Thanks :D
I know my old PH1 had a slot at the back that looks like it could be opened but I don't think it can be.
The aux slots on the campus are normally on the top of the glove box towards the front, pop it into google images for a better idea as my description ain't that great lol
Problem resolved. good old case of resistance. Took apart the lock and found the terminals to power the motor where green and brown (very rusty) autosoled the connectors and crock clips and IPA's them. Used a bit of elec tape to stop it coming back :)
Hi everybody
I'm having trouble again with the clio, the driver's door refuses to lock either from the central locking key or the button on the inside. I cant hear any noise to suggest it is trying. I've tried cleaning the visible part of the lock up and greasing it but still no life.
Do...
Probably for the best mate, every time I've taken mine in for alignment they have had to blow touch them to get them adjusted. They can rust up pretty bad
I've not seen that before but looking around looks like conversions are done from the megane. Only thing i've seen in reference to the MK2 being 6 speed is European DCI's (Which is still a claim rather than proven). Wiki (all be it not always correct) also lists the MK2 as only having a 5 manual...
We had a nissan sunny back in the day and it sat for a year, surprised it started 1st time but it wouldn't move, took some mighty wallops (full on barrel denting swings) to get it to break it's grip. My friends after a week away locked the rear's, few taps and 1st gear and away he went.
Oh the...
This has happened to a few car's some friends and family have owned after sitting a while, shocking the drums and rocking the car worked. Probably not the best nor safest way to do it but it gets the job done.
Well picked 2 of these up today, look's smart on the bonnet and the spray coverage is great ! Cost about £8 total from the dealer and literally take's 5 min's to fit. Hose off, push old through, put new in, hose on. No adjustment needed (although I would be unsure how to adjust these)
Great spot !
Yeah Newcastle is very bad, I live on the coast that got hit pretty hard :( Using some rainsport's at the moment which are good for all weather. Still very easy to lose grip, nothing a dab of caution can't fix.
On a side note wiper's make a difference, got some cheap flatblades and they snapped...
I was originally using 195 on the front and when they burnt out I swapped to the 205's so i've kinda checked both side's of the water. I'll be selling in not too long so I will get a set of 15's and see how it responds :)
I never did fully figure it out, it's consistent at 35 and I've had a fair few miles since the original post. I would agree with all of the above, the trip is probably reading it wrong and these alloys are pretty heavy so I can imagine a drop. I'm currently using £50 a week to do ~250 miles...
Sorry just saw your update on this one, I got the exhaust for £130 from Rich_16_valver on here (Don't think he is on often any more) the rear bumper cost me £60 on the bay and the spray cost me £40 (Uncle has a bodyshop) The rear hanger and paste cost the rest :)
On your way to point D try going over the Yorkshire moores, drove them a few times and they never fail to impress :) as above though if you are coming late in the year prepare for some strange snow storms ! If you get stuck anywhere near point D gimme a shout on here, I'm sure I can help ya out...
