On the way to work on the morning and noticed an unusual noise (Nothing major but when you drive a car often enough you become accustomed to it's regulars and notice the small things) It sounded like a very quiet grinding noise at around 2000 RPM through to 2400 RPM but the car was fine. No...
I was considering toeing but wasn't too sure on how legal it was ! Will be mostly A1 motorway so... And as it stands around £600 but likely to change in the next few days
I may have won a 182 but it has gearbox troubles and wont move under it's own power, the car is 110 miles away from where I need it to be so does anybody know any decent service that will get it from A to B in the North East area ? :)

Cant quite see the damage it was referring too, I'm imagining its rust on the sills or something.
I've got the KTEC Replica exhaust but unluckily for me the straight through connector to the cat snapped (Not sure if the kit comes with a full S/S centre section, mine didn't)
My question is does anybody know what exhaust I can buy that I can cut up to use the connector off it, the 1.4's seems...
Mine does it too, must be common among the clio's. I always thought it was the oil being cold, also read somewhere about a cold map that switches on the ECU.
Brembo High Carbon disks where popular on 172/182's, probably same story for the 197's

Probably not the cheapest place to get them though
The handbrake cable is rubbing on the inside of the drum meaning every time I put the brakes on then lift, it squeaks. I noticed this a while back and put some copper slip over the coil that runs over the cable and it cured it... For about 1 day. I've noticed some clio's have it and some don't...
Give your callipers a shake, mine has some serious play (Think it means worn pads or buggered callipers) Shy of that the top of the suspension can cause it too I believe.
The tailgate looks funny too, "clio sport" badge on the right hand side... a non sport tailgate maybe ? sounds like its been hit at some point. Also the coolant is black, might just be the pic but...
Kinda, what he was actually saying was "Your lucky I didn't smash it to bits!" Drums are pretty durable unless they have a crack, found that when my neighbour used a blow torch to heat the barrel and remove the bearing and it exploded, quite literally.
Give her a good ol' full service, my old car did that and it was becasue the oil used by the previous owner wasnt the best. Flushed and added new oil and the problem was gone :)
