Don't see why not, both xenon and halogen use the same plugs on wiring and lower spec models were available with auto lights/wipers

I'd say so looking at these As for adjusting, I believe there's one (or more??) grub screws to be slackened off and then adjust as necessary and tigthen said grub screw/s back up

Sounds like it's associated with the window regulator mechanism, could be damaged or something catching at that particular point behind the doorcard. If you're handy with the tools I'd say pop the doorcard off and have a look, see if there's any obvious damage or foreign object around the mechanism
