Tbh I was unsure about getting them, and the responses have certainly swayed me towards taking them out.

Not that I'm aware of!. Yeah I fitted them exactly the same as Mark in the end. Bolted to the Iso bar at the back and at the front its bolted to the existing seatbelt mounts as stated in the installation instructions.

Take apart the bit where the seatbelt plugs into (2 small torx screws). There are two tiny metal contacts, slide a bit of electrical tape between them. Job done.
After Mark (Dr Jekyll) told me about the Halfords deal on Sparco harnesses I was very tempted but at the same time put off by using them on standard seats. I imagined it wouldn't look right.

ECU upgrade is free. Check the link I gave you and on the page theres a download link. I don't know why it says 5 euro because its free.
You don't get a map with the license. Its 10 euro for the normal performance map or 29 euro for the overrun map iirc.

Mark - Adobe Lightroom 3 - Its very user friendly and quick to use. I have got photoshop cs5 aswell but I always end up using lightroom as its simpler to use.
