Only thing is that they're a pain to put on in a hurry. Will support you twice as well as easier to use 2" belts though, and safer to get out of should the worst happen.
Not sure about the grey as a match for your grey without seeing it, but the blue will match illiad spot on mate. Its the darker blue (they do like a weird looking electric blue too.)
Ive got quite an old set in my car, bought them as new off another member, and they still look like new!
Have never washed them, leave them in with muddy work boots on etc... when they're dry brush them over with my hand, hoover them with the dyson and they look spotless. Small bit of wear...

Why you need them by friday? If its for a trackday i found the car handles and turns in much better on the standard cup springs... also, due to the low weight of the cup, it will sit high at the back on sportlines.

A thick carbon bonnet with a big vent formed and added on wont save much if any weight. As for mods, for fast road (which the ring will be) h&r's will go a long way, after that its just little things like exhaust, panel filter, angelworks inlets and a remap.
