Opinions needed,
1: Dump all badges and just have this where the clio badge is.
2: Dump just the Renaultsport bit and replace with this, keeping the Clio badge.
3. Leave as it is and use the new RS badge as a cool wheel weight! [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
Yeah was going to say that back end is a fair difference side to side... Think mine was 2kg diff with me sat in there. Did you have your beer keg in the boot on one side?? [emoji2]
It feels so nice as well! I got snappy to do 3 while he had some spare time, mine, chap at works trophy wheel, same as mine but with red stitch and he even did my mates Integra type R wheel...
Defo worth doing mate, pretty easy too.... I mounted mine to the top bolt of the drive shaft bearing casing, don't worry it doesn't heat anything up! Every OEM turbo charged vehicle has some sort of brace and there is a good reason for it [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
That's annoying, do you have any kind of brace on your down pipe? I fabricated one on mine when I first built it all up, really helps and nice knowing the whole exhaust system isn't hanging off the side of the poor turbo!!
Just worn in!! No mate they took a year to come loose last time with only locknuts so now they have been done up murder tight with Heico washers, new nuts and studs it should stay tight.... You having issues?
I fitted a thicker gasket on mine, didn't want to pull my head of originally as it had only done 40k from new but chris@efi said its well worth it, just means it can be pushed a bit harder and safer
Yeah pistenklause is awesome, we've tagged ourselves on the wall in there a few times, probably everyone's favourite place for steak! Also tagged a load of places at brunchen including the snack shop sign (Nürburgminges) One of the best parts of a trip to the ring are the roads around there...
Where abouts do you normally stay?? We always stay in Kottenborn above Adenau at a guy called willi's B&B, most mornings while eating brekky you can hear the testing and other things going on through the week.... Mint!!
That's why we make the trips to see Chris@efi
Mine is 6k old now with a week long trip to the ring where it was driven HARD!! No signs of any heavy breathing and still a little animal! :)
