I found when I put mine together I had to put a big washer on the top because the collar on the PMS top mount was a bit on the narrow side, it was just a precaution because I'm like that, maybe that's what your problem is, also why are your springs black!!?

Cool, I only did mine just for the hell of it while I had my engine out as I noticed a 2mm mark where it looked like the rack moved from side to side, couldn't see anything, I had to put my finger on it while someone worked the steering, probably was a bit anal!!
