The RS pins have the springs the Porka has different brembo calipers but the single pin is held in with an R clip. Much better method.

The Porkas brembos have R clip pins. The spring on the inside end of the pin corrodes and expands causing the issue.

Absolute nightmare to get out. When ever we service 197s we remove them and give them a clean. You will start to bend them soon then you are fucked.

Quite interesting, the road tyres are terrible with a nasty break away low levels of wet and dry drip and very noisy. This puts me off their track tyres somewhat. But toyo make some destinctly average road tyres and make some of the best track tyres in the world.

I found no difference with my Trophy until it got cammed and mapped. You can really tell the difference with the porka however.

Remove the bungs under the seat, this will stop the seat from sliding but it does help the driving position. I did this with mine but only on the driver side.

You can buy some calipers and have a local engineering firm fab some brackets up.

If its the standard exhaust it is probably just water in the boxes from condensation.
