I dont think mark has a normal set-up mate. Every car is set-up individually, depending on usage, springs etc etc. I also dont think you've ever been to mark's, so not sure how you'd know what a normal set-up is... :p

Some tracks have it as a rule, as its pretty hard for them to inspect every set of headlights on a trackday to see if they'll shatter or not... Lol at doing it to get into the spirit :p

Open bonnet, look at back of headlight, pull small rubber cover off, pull bulb out, put new one in, replace rubber cover, close bonnet. Make sure you dont touch the glass of the bulb doing this. Can do it in about 30 seconds mate. Have you not even had a look at it?

As gaz says, it wont fit a 172.
