I remember you getting the 123d, I gave it a once over with the DA polisher.
Surprising that, it's always worked for me.
Carbide or a regular HSS bit should drill it out, I'd say go with a slow speed to avoid ruining the drill bit.

Boosted silver 182 that was really quick on the straights.
Silver 172 driven really well, brakes were glowing coming into Old Hall corner!
Make sure it's one that is the width of the retaining screw head or maybe slightly smaller and fairly sharp too, to aid it biting into the head otherwise you'll just be hitting the surrounding area.
May need to hit it square on first to get a groove in the head or even get a grinder to do that.
Hit the retaining screw round with a decent chisel, it usually undoes it pretty well.
Bolt should come out then with grips as there is nothing holding it in under torque/friction.
Purple Powerflex one settles down after 100 miles or so.
Fitted one to my mates recently and it was like standard, no vibration at all.
I think it depends on the condition of your other mounts as to how much vibration you get once fitted.
